If you would not be able to hear sirens or would need help leaving your home, you need to complete and mail a Special Needs Request Card. This card is part of a booklet that will be mailed to your home shortly after your phone book is delivered. You should complete and mail this card as soon as possible so officials would be prepared to help you in an emergency. If you don't receive the booklet you may request one by calling (805) 546-5292.
